A long-term way to replace missing teeth with natural-looking results — planned carefully, delivered gently.
Missing teeth can affect far more than your smile — it can change how you chew, how confident you feel, and even how you speak. Dental implants are designed to restore what’s missing with a stable foundation that looks and feels like a real tooth.
Fixed & secure
A stable option that doesn’t move around like traditional dentures can.
Natural-looking
Your final tooth/teeth are made to suit your face, bite, and smile.
Confidence back
Eat, speak and smile without worrying about gaps.
What are dental implants?
A dental implant is a small titanium post placed into the jawbone to act like a new tooth root. Once healed, it supports a natural-looking replacement tooth (or multiple teeth).
Implants are commonly described in three parts:
Implant: the titanium “root” placed into the jaw.
Abutment: the connector that sits on top of the implant.
Restoration: the visible tooth (crown) or teeth (bridge/denture).
Implant options
Single tooth implant
Replace one missing tooth with a discreet, strong and natural-looking result.
Implant-supported bridge
Ideal for multiple missing teeth — a fixed bridge supported by implants.
Full arch solutions
For larger gaps or missing arches — implants can support a full set of teeth.
Implant-retained dentures
A more stable denture option that clips securely into place.
What’s the process?
1) Consultation & assessment
We’ll listen to what you want to improve, examine your mouth and gums, and discuss your options. If needed, we’ll take X-rays/scans and create a tailored plan with clear next steps.
2) Implant placement
On the day, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable. Local anaesthetic is used to numb the area, then the implant is placed gently and precisely. A temporary tooth solution may be provided where appropriate.
3) Healing & integration
Your jawbone needs time to bond with the implant. This healing stage can vary, but often takes a few months. We’ll guide you on what to expect and see you for any planned reviews.
4) Final restoration
Once healed, we’ll fit your final crown/bridge/denture — designed to look natural and feel comfortable. You’ll leave with a smile that’s built to last.
5) Long-term maintenance
Great hygiene and regular check-ups help implants last for many years. We’ll show you the best ways to clean around your implant and keep everything healthy.
